LandTech Consultants is looking for a Director of Surveying/Geomatics in our Westford, MA office.
Are you a Massachusetts-licensed Professional Land Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity in our Westford, MA office? We are growing fast and offering a $10,000 signing bonus to our new Director of Surveying/Geomatics – Massachusetts.

Our Geomatics team combines conventional land surveying with state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning, reality capture, and digital twin technologies to deliver accurate and cost-effective solutions for today’s complicated AEC industry challenges. As lead consultants and sub-consultants, we work with some of the largest engineering, architectural and general contracting companies in the world to complete exciting projects in a variety of industries.
The ideal Director of Surveying/Geomatics – Massachusetts will be ambitious with a passion for technology! You will manage a team of field and office staff to deliver accurate and efficient geomatic solutions, while providing outstanding client service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple field crews and office personnel.
- Manage survey department schedules, estimates, and budgets.
- Support new business development.
Qualifications
- Must possess Massachusetts PLS registration.
- Three years of supervisory experience in all phases of surveying and construction layout.
- Familiarity with robotic and GPS equipment and a STRONG desire to become familiar with laser scanning and UAV equipment.
- Knowledge of field procedures, calculations, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
