design, he has guided the firm’s growth from a regional practice to a national leader in 3D laser scanning, modeling, and digital twin technologies. His focus on innovation and integration has made LandTech an industry leader in helping clients
improve operations, maintenance, and long-term planning for complex infrastructure.

Matt has been part of LandTech Consultants for more than 32 years, bringing deep experience in engineering, surveying, and site design. He specializes in site planning, environmental permitting, and large-capacity septic systems, with a strong record of successful commercial and residential projects across Massachusetts. Matt’s expertise in construction oversight,
stormwater management, and environmental compliance ensures every project is built on a foundation of technical accuracy and regulatory integrity.

Andrea brings over two decades of experience in civil engineering, 3D modeling, and reality-capture technologies. She
oversees LandTech’s scanning and modeling projects nationwide, combining technical precision with creative problem
-solving. Her leadership ensures the seamless integration of laser scanning, UAV mapping, and BIM workflows that form the
foundation of digital twin and GIS solutions.

Todd has more than 15 years of experience executing field surveys for land-development,
infrastructure, and utility projects. As a Crew Chief, he supervises field staff, manages data quality, and ensures safe, accurate collection using GPS and high-definition laser-scanning equipment. His field leadership and attention to detail are key to producing dependable
data for design and construction.

Katie is a GIS Manager specializing in enterprise GIS, ArcGIS Indoors, and digital twin development. She leads complex geospatial initiatives, integrating BIM and 3D data to create data-driven solutions. Her experience spans infrastructure, aviation, and facility environments, where she connects technology with operational needs to improve planning, management, and decision-making.
